Views from on Top

A view of Windsor and the surrounding vistas from the top of Mt. Ascutney from a drive we took up the access road over the weekend-- a must do/see. Our world here in Vermont certainly is green.

Birds at the Snapdragon.

Before Rich left last week, he strung up some birdhouses by the Inn. I will let Rich comment on the houses. We are in full Lilac bloom in these parts and it is WONDERFUL!

Floating Lily Bathroom

Bathroom 8 is looking lovely and green. This color is Glidden's Floating Lily and is very mellow and looks great with the Coconut of the Walls in the bedroom. I also got the first coat on Bathroom 7 done so we are so very nearly all done with the 3rd floor. I can't believe what a cripple and a pregnant lady can accomplish--albeit, very slowly. Thanks Mom for all your painting work!

Even though the trim painting is sort of the most time consuming, tedious, eye blurring job, I am kind of addicted to it. I love to see the clean, straight white lines pop against the colors. Anyone interested in training?

The Inn helps you lose Weight!

Big Red graced the Inn with homemade suspenders yesterday. This man has lost 15 pounds and 2.5 inches around in the past few weeks and can't keep his pants up!

Another busy Saturday at the Inn. Painting, Yard Clean up, Bird house construction (commentary coming later, hopefully by Rich), and Snapdragon planting. Now we have some lovely pots lining our white picket fence.
