The perfect library

What comes to mind when you think of sitting in the libary
at the Snapdragon Inn?

A crackling fire, hot chocolate, and a good book.

We knew we needed to keep the wood stove but opted for a new Vermont Castings Stove, the Encore. There is something extra cozy and warming about actually seeing the flames--especially when it can get as cold as we have seen this winter. These are brilliant stoves made here just up the road from us. Their motto, "Built Vermont. Proud and Strong" Enough said.

Let us know--what comes to mind when you think of the perfect library?

That stove, a cozy chair and blanket and books. Lots and lots of books!

leather wing chairs, and a window seat.

chair with ottoman...side table...and LOTS OF BOOKS!! Like floor to ceiling :) Oh, and I love visiting the Boston PBL because they have a reading room that makes me feel smart just by sitting down. A "research" table with Tiffany lamps would do just the trick (or those green legal lamps).

Can't wait to see it materialize!
