In a mere 48 hours the countury will be carving Turkeys, whipping up mashed potatoes, and slicing crisp apple pies. The most traveled day in the US and a day where it is socially appropriate to EAT, EAT and EAT! If you are like many, you promise that next year you won't eat as much or you'll eat slower but we never do and there is something comforting about that tradition.
